• Letter Report

This information will provide you general information regarding the
property that is similar to what you would see when you purchase
property, but with no insurance benefits. This report covers the entire history of the property and only covers up to the amount you pay for the report. It is not to be used for mortgage purposes.

• Record Report

This report will cover only to the last deed of record and with no
insurance benefit. It includes mortgages, judgements and liens to the last deed of record.

• General Information

As part of our search process, real estate tax information is always obtained. We also can file documents at the courthouse, like deeds, mortgages, etc. We can also supply information regarding city maps, covenants and restrictions.
